Elena Stegemann

Elena Stegemann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently, as Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Cordance since May 2023, Elena focuses on accelerating growth for portfolio companies through strategic guidance. Prior to this role, Elena served as Chief Operating Officer at McCreadie Group, Inc., from July 2016 to April 2023, where organizational capabilities were enhanced, contributing to the successful acquisition of a Pharma Tech company. As Director of International Business at NuStep Inc. from January 2009 to July 2016, Elena expanded the company’s global presence, significantly increasing international sales. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Momentive Performance Materials, GE, The Coca-Cola Company, and an earlier internship at Delta Air Lines. Elena holds an MBA in General Management from Emory University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
