Kiara Smith

Kiara Smith has worked at a variety of companies since 2012. Kiara began their career at WMTS- Student Run Radio as a Student DJ, where they hosted their own radio show and acted as a board operator. In 2015, Kiara took on an Intern role at Cumulus Media, where they produced blogs and other content for multiple social media sites, as well as maintained and organized event calendars for multiple radio stations. In 2012, Kiara began working at Nike as an Athlete, where they assisted with cashiering and customer service, as well as apparel merchandising and initiatives. From 2018 to 2021, Kiara worked at Postmates Inc. as an Onboarding Agent, where they were responsible for creating the best first impression for newly acquired partners, maintaining client accounts, and suggesting actions to improve operations and identify opportunities for efficiency. Most recently, Kiara began working at Cordial in 2022 as a Business Operations Analyst, where they collect customer data in one platform and uses it to build audience segments, discover trends, and automate customer experiences at enterprise scale.

Kiara Smith attended Belmont University from 2017 to 2019 and obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Kiara previously attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Leadership Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2021.
