Katelyn Rieder (Marotzke)

Katelyn Rieder (Marotzke) is an experienced art educator and illustrator with a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Currently serving as an Art Teacher at Cordovan Art School since May 2021 and working as an Illustrator at Marotzke Illustration since May 2019, Katelyn has developed a strong foundation in both teaching and creative practices. Previous roles include digital production artist at Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing, Inc., and various positions focused on mentoring and community building within educational settings, such as Resident Assistant at North Dakota State Governor's School and Art Learning Community Dragon Mentor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Katelyn also has experience as a Craft Instructor at Elk's Camp Grassick, where creativity and safety were prioritized in crafting activities for children.
