Heather Calvert

Heather Calvert has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Heather started their career in 1992 as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Brownfield Consolidated School District and worked in this role until 1995. Heather then joined Travelers Insurance as a Claim Handler and was later promoted to Unit Manager-Claim, where they excelled in turning under-performing groups into highly functioning teams. In 2006, Heather joined Lockton Companies as an Account Manager in the Risk Management Group, where they reviewed emerging risks and managed claim and risk management activities. In 2007, they moved to Travelers Insurance again, this time as a Sales Executive, where they consistently ranked among the top performers in the country and served as an adjunct trainer. In 2013, they transitioned to Landmark Western Real Estate as a Broker Associate, taking on responsibilities such as property management, insurance program renegotiation, and office workflow streamlining. Finally, in 2020, Heather became the Chief Operating Officer at CORE Consultants, Inc. Their extensive background reflects their expertise in operations, risk management, sales, and leadership.
