James Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James started their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Spencer Gifts and also gained experience as a Student in the Entertainment Management Program at UMEM. In 2013, they worked as a Student Marketing Consultant at Victory Energize, where they recommended website optimization and social media optimization strategies. James later worked as a Sales Coordinator at Graduate Media Inc and as a Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions. In 2013, they also had an internship as a Marketing Intern at The Audience Awards, where they managed social media accounts and implemented social media strategies. James then joined LA Fitness as a Sales Consultant for a brief period. In 2014, they worked as an Account Executive at Revel Marketing. James joined Porch Group where they held several roles, including Customer Success Specialist, Channel Activation Specialist, and Customer Success Manager: Retention Specialist. James'sresponsibilities at Porch Group included managing accounts, developing training materials, analyzing company databases using SQL, and implementing strategies to improve retention and increase revenue. Currently, they are working at Core Health & Fitness as a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager, overseeing marketing and sales operations.
James Young has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Montana. James also studied Business Communications at Concordia University-Portland and English at Walla Walla Community College. In addition to their educational background, James has obtained certifications such as the U.S. Soccer F License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in October 2016 and the Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2018.
