With a strong background in finance, Joe performs due diligence on viable investment opportunities, including analysis of joint venture partnerships, investor returns and investment profitability. Joe also oversees preparation of the full Offering Memorandum for all potential investors.Prior to joining Core, Joe was a finance manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, where he acted in various lead roles in areas including capital planning, international real estate and lease accounting.
