Krista R. has extensive work experience in the legal field. Krista is currently the Director of Legal Affairs at Core Scientific, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Core Scientific from December 2019 to May 2023.

Before joining Core Scientific, Krista worked as a Paralegal at American Seafoods for five years, from November 2014 to November 2019.

Krista also has experience as a Paralegal at Concur Technologies, where they were responsible for reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements, managing domestic and international entities, and leading process improvements such as NDA automation and contract comparison. Krista held this role from December 2011 to November 2014.

Earlier in their career, Krista worked as a Corporate Paralegal and Bankruptcy Paralegal at B-Line, LLC from 2010 to 2011 and from 2008 to 2010, respectively. Krista also worked briefly as a Legal Assistant at North Sound Law, PS in 2008 and as an Office Manager at Companion Care, Inc. from 2006 to 2007.

Krista R. earned an Associate of Technical Arts degree in Paralegal studies from Edmonds College in 2006. Krista then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they completed a Paralegal Certificate program at the University of Washington.
