Markus Hessinger

Markus Hessinger's work experience includes being the CTO at core sensing GmbH since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt from September 2012 to December 2018. In this role, their research focused on assistive exoskeletons with structurally integrated sensors for interaction with the user and environment. Their specific research topics included design and evaluation methods for multidimensional assistive robotic systems, system-integrated mechanical sensors, hybrid position/force control of exoskeletons with user interaction recognition, and miniaturized silicon strain gauge sensor packaging technology.

Markus Hessinger attended the Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik.
