Martin Hughes

Martin Hughes is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership facilitation and employee development. As Director of The Driven Employee Ltd since January 2013, Martin focuses on helping organizations recruit and retain motivated employees. Martin's extensive expertise includes roles as a Certified Core Strengths Facilitator and an Accredited Adair Leadership Facilitator, as well as serving as an Approved Facilitator for CIPD and a Visiting Fellow at Anglia Ruskin University.
