Karthik Prasad

Karthik Prasad has a strong background in risk and governance, project management, and portfolio management. Karthik is currently the Executive Vice President of Risk and Governance at Injazat, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Risk and Governance at the same company from December 2020 to May 2022. From July 2019 to December 2020, Karthik was the Director of Integrated Risk Management at Injazat. Karthik also has experience as the Head of PMO, Governance, Risk and Compliance, where they defined and implemented portfolio management processes and led proactive portfolio governance. Karthik's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Programme Manager and Performance and Productivity Improvements Manager at Injazat Data Systems, and Programme Manager and QA, Metrics, Testing, and PPM SME at Electronic Data Systems. Karthik has a strong track record of successfully managing projects and programmes and implementing process improvements.

Karthik Prasad obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University in 2006. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2017, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practioner Level from the Office of Government Commerce in 2015, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2009, among others.
