Director Retail Division - Smart Services - Commercial at Core42

Naima Bikbi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Naima currently serves as the Director of the Retail division at Core42, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Commercial - Omnichannel at Camille Fournet since May 2021.

Naima's previous experience includes working at du from June 2016 to January 2021, where they served as the Director of Customer Experience Transformation. During their tenure at du, they led the company's retail transformation and omnichannel strategy to enhance customer experience and achieve targets.

Prior to Montblanc-Rivoli, Naima worked at Hermès as the Regional Operations Manager from September 2012 to February 2014. In this role, they optimized sales processes, implemented merchandising strategies, and improved customer experience across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain region.

From January 2009 to September 2012, Naima served as the Country Manager at Thomas Pink in France. Naima achieved sales and financial objectives, developed sales and marketing plans, and contributed to business development activities, including new store openings.

Their earlier experience includes working as the HR & Finance Manager at Thomas Pink in France and Belgium from September 2004 to January 2009. Naima handled financial reporting, budget forecasts, and HR operations.

Naima's career began as a Financial Controller at I.C. Conseils, where they implemented effective communication systems, provided support to department managers, and ensured operational efficiency from September 1998 to September 2003.

Naima Bikbi completed a Masters degree in International Operational Management from ESSEC Business School in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a HTD degree in SME/SMI Management from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce - Paris in 1998-2000. In 2019, they attended INSEAD to pursue a short course on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption, focusing on Digital Transformation.
