Dave Ross

Dave Ross currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Core4ce, a company dedicated to supporting the national security community through data-driven solutions, a role held since January 2021. Prior to this, Dave Ross accumulated extensive experience in defense and program management, including a tenure as Program Manager at the Department of Defense from February 2009 to January 2021, and as Senior Vice President at FGM, Inc. from November 2003 to February 2009. Dave Ross also held significant roles within the military, including Planner for the Joint Staff and Infantry Officer in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Senior Executive Fellow designation from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and degrees in sociology and education.
