Matthew Kern has had a diverse range of work experiences. Matthew started at CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. in 2014 as an intern and later became a Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Matthew also worked at Gould & Ratner LLP as a Law Clerk and Intern, where they conducted financial research and assisted with legal processes. Matthew has also held positions at Elevate Energy as a Summer Research Intern, focusing on sustainable building materials, and at Bradley University Student Senate Executive Board as Vice President of the Department of City and Local Affairs, where they worked on student initiatives with the City of Peoria.

Matthew Kern obtained a Bachelor's degree in Global Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Bradley University's Foster College of Business during the period of 2013 to 2017.
