Sauhard Giri

Sauhard Giri has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. They began their career as an HR Intern at Vivanta by Taj in 2018. Later that year, they also worked on live projects at Govind Milk and Milk Products Pvt. Ltd. and Future Group India.

In 2019, Sauhard joined Searce Inc as a Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, where they contributed to driving business outcomes through smarter solutions. After a year, they moved to Ness Digital Engineering in 2021 as an Executive in the Talent Acquisition team. At Ness, they were responsible for hiring tech professionals for various roles.

Their current position is a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at CoreFlex Solutions Inc. since 2023. CoreFlex Solutions focuses on digitally transforming clients through innovative solutions in Salesforce, Software Engineering, Cloud, Integration, Mobility, Testing, and managed services. Sauhard's expertise in recruiting and human resources contributes to the successful delivery of value-based transformational outcomes for clients.

Sauhard Giri completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University. Sauhard pursued this degree from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, they went on to enroll at the Indian Institute of Education & Business Management, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in Human Resources Management. Sauhard attended this program from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Sauhard obtained the 'O'Level certification from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology in January 2015. Sauhard also completed the CCC Course in Computer Concepts from the same institute in July 2015. Sauhard obtained the Certified Competency Mapping Executive certification from Salahkaar Consultants in November 2018. Lastly, they achieved proficiency in Microsoft Excel from Beginner to Advanced through an online course on Udemy in July 2022.
