In Ryan’s eighteen years of documented IT and business operations experience, Ryan has made it his mission to be the go-to Subject Matter Expert for everything technology related. As a young man, Ryan developed systems and processes at his father’s manufacturing firm, which allowed them to become a top three supplier of choice for McDonald’s. With his keen understanding of operations coupled with his experience in Information Technology, Ryan brought this foundational knowledge and passion to Big Time Products in Rome, GA as the VP of IT. In just five years, Ryan had completed an acquisition of another company, developed systems that allowed quality and efficiency improvements to triple annual revenue, and was a key participant in the sale of the company to a billion-dollar entity.
He is the point person to complete special projects covering all aspects of IT and operational infrastructure within the organization. Ryan is driven to identify and execute initiatives that capture cost savings and ensure efficient, secure and agile technology to enable organizational growth. Ryan judges his own success by how quickly processes are adopted and the overall impact to the bottom line.
Ryan graduated from Sothern Polytechnic State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. Ryan’s upbringing and educational skillset affords him an in-depth understanding of operations, including logistics, supply, inventory and production control. Ryan has also achieved his Six Sigma Green Belt which facilitates his ability to quickly identify inefficiencies that can be remedied through the use of root cause analysis and project management-based technology implementation. Ryan excels at partnering across an organization’s departments, integrating broad stakeholder needs, and advocating for optimized technology-based solutions.
In his time off, Ryan spends time with his wife and daughter at the pool or at the beach.
