Cheryl Zobal

Cheryl Zobal, Ph.D., SPHR has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Cheryl has held various leadership positions at CoreLogic, Children's Health, Vizient, Inc, and VHA. Cheryl has led the evolution and execution of leadership strategies, driven critical people strategies, and created workforce planning and talent management strategies. Cheryl has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas and has experience in sales compensation analysis, research, and accounting.

Cheryl Zobal, Ph.D., SPHR, has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. Cheryl also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Kansas. Furthermore, Cheryl obtained their Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Change Management Certification from Prosci, DDI Facilitator for Learning Modules, Competency Profiles, and Targeted Selection, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Vital Smarts Facilitator for Crucial Conversations.
