Brian Hawthorne joined Corero Network Security as Head of Marketing in January of 2020. Brian is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy and tactical elements that drive overall revenue for the Corero. Brian overseas all aspects of the Corero’s marketing efforts globally, including growing the brand, messaging, partner/channel marketing, demand generation, product marketing and PR/AR.
Prior to joining Corero in January of 2020, Brian spent 20+ years primarily in the telecommunications industry, where he held a variety of roles within sales, sales engineering, vertical marketing, field marketing, and global marketing programs development. His career has included positions with Verizon/MCI, Broadwing/Focal Communications and AT&T. He’s also held head of marketing roles within the Leadership Development and Sales Training industries, as well as within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Worcester State University.
