Michael Firth

Michael Firth has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career in 1995 at BT where they worked as a Conferencing Systems Developer and later became a Broadcast Systems Designer. In 2011, they joined Nevion Europe as a Senior Ventura Developer. After three years, they moved to Sharedband as a Platform Engineer in 2014. In 2017, they joined Nevion as a Senior Developer and Solution Architect. Currently, they work at Corero Network Security as a Senior QA Engineer, starting in 2023.

Michael Firth attended Boroughmuir High School from 1985 to 1991, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Heriot-Watt University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Systems Engineering with a focus on Computer Science.
