Sharon Zadok has worked in the field of NPI (New Product Introduction) for over two decades. Sharon began their career in 2000 as the MPE and NPI Leader at Actelis Networks. In this role, they were responsible for transporting new product development stage serial production, controlling the implementation phases of the process, and moving from development to production and product definition of a tree structure of all components (electronics, mechanics, packaging, etc.). Sharon also managed engineering and operational activities, schedule, budget and cost of products in development. In 2010, they moved to Compass-EOS as an NPI Project Manager. Here, they were responsible for transporting new product development stage serial production, controlling the implementation process from design through to manufacturing, and transferring from development to production and product definition tree structure of all components (electronics, mechanics, Packaging, etc.). Sharon also tracked the activities of various departments in operations. In 2014, they joined Microchip Technology Inc. as an NPI Project Coordinator. In this role, they monitored and updated new products - NPI, PCB production and PCBA assemblies - with subcontractors. Sharon also had overall responsibility for production and quality issues, and created and maintained production documentation. In 2022, they joined CoreTigo - Industrial Wireless Solutions as a Senior NPI Operation.

Sharon Zadok attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a practical industrial engineer degree. Sharon then attended Ariel University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a BSc Eng in Industrial Engineering and Management.
