Patty Falo, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at CoreWeave since October 2024, Patty previously held the position of Senior Consultant for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Bridgepoint Consulting, LLC from October 2010 to October 2024. Prior consulting experience includes an Independent Consultant role focused on SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, and SOX Compliance in 2010, as well as Senior Manager roles at Golfsmith International and Borland Software, where responsibilities included SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Earlier career accomplishments at KLA-Tencor and PricewaterhouseCoopers encompassed various accounting management roles in SEC Reporting and audit services.
