Rafi Dabush

Rafi Dabush is the Founder and CEO of Innpact io, providing innovative consulting services focused on design thinking methodology since August 2020. In June 2023, Rafi began freelancing as the National Digital Products Director for the Israel National Digital Agency, leading the national digital wallet project and other key initiatives. Additionally, Rafi serves on the Advisory Board at Circles and co-founded FreightX, a startup focused on next-generation freight operations using AI, VR, and 3D technologies. Previously held roles include Innovation Strategy Consultant for the Ministry of Health Israel and various leadership positions at EL AL Israel Airlines, including Head of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Rafi's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Chengdu University, and a BA in Information Technology from Ono Academic College.
