James Kelly

James Kelly is the co-founder and CEO of Corndel, a company that provides training and development programmes to help people progress in their careers. Prior to Corndel, James was the Executive Director of New Enterprise and Markets at Shaw Trust, where they were responsible for developing the company's growth strategy. Before that, they were the Group Strategy and Business Development Director at Ingeus, where they led the company's expansion into new markets. James has also worked as a Consulting Manager at IBM and as a Ministerial Special Advisor at the Department for Work and Pensions.

James Kelly has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Swansea University.
