Morgan Hamilton-Griffin has a diverse work history spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as an Administrative Assistant to the Sustainability Officer at Royal Holloway, University of London in 2008. Morgan then worked as the London Coordinator at People and Planet, advocating for environmental causes. In 2009, they served as a Student Outreach Officer at the Stop Climate Chaos Coalition before becoming the Outreach and Communications Manager at the UK Youth Climate Coalition in 2010.

In 2011, Morgan embarked on a freelance career as a writer, designer, and marketer. They continued freelancing until 2017, during which time they also founded and ran an online and print lifestyle magazine called The Holborn. As the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, they managed a network of writers, illustrators, and photographers.

In 2013, Morgan ventured into event management by setting up and running The Holborn Workshop, a pop-up bar/shop/event space celebrating designers and makers. They curated a program of cultural events and nurtured a community following.

From 2016 to 2020, Morgan worked at Event Concept, a creative event production agency. Initially, they served as a Content Manager, executing a successful brand reposition and diversification strategy. They also oversaw videographers, photographers, and copywriters to create a powerful house style. Later, Morgan transitioned to the role of Marketing Project Manager, contributing towards the development of an agile and multifaceted B2B strategy.

In 2020, Morgan joined Westminster Insight as the Campaign Marketing Lead. They implemented new marketing strategies and processes in response to COVID-19 disruptions, resulting in maintaining and exceeding pre-pandemic revenue. They also developed and launched a campaign for a new live broadcast digital events format and hired a new Campaign Marketing Team.

Currently, Morgan works as the Marketing Director at Corndel. They transitioned the marketing strategy to an Account-Based Model, utilizing intent data to drive marketing performance and achieve alignment with sales. Morgan's accomplishments include reducing CPL, improving journey stage velocity, creating full-funnel ROI, and equipping employees and organizations with critical skills through skills training.

Morgan Hamilton-Griffin completed the Imperial College and Corndel Executive Development Programme at Imperial College Business School in 2023-2024, focusing on Senior Leadership. During the same period, Morgan also pursued the Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice at the Chartered Management Institute. Morgan's earlier education includes studying Classical Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London.
