Mitch O'Donnell

Mitch O'Donnell, PMP, currently serves as Product Manager - Product Innovation at CorneaGen, overseeing a portfolio of new product innovations in corneal tissue processing and surgical devices, focusing on manufacturing, SOPs, validation, regulatory affairs, scheduling, resource, and financial management. Previously, Mitch held multiple roles at Granite Construction, including Project Manager and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the construction project life cycle, cost management, quality assurance, and project integration management. In addition, Mitch worked as Human Resources Manager at South Tahoe Stand-up Paddle, providing strategic HR support, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort, focusing on employee relations and benefits administration. Mitch's experience also includes a management internship at Carmel Valley Ranch. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay.
