Michael Savasta

Michael Savasta has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 1994 as the Owner of The Desktop Workshop Inc., where they were responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume and margin related to first generation desktop business applications. In 2000, they joined EMC as a Training Specialist/Lab Support and Storage Consultant and Integration Training Lead, where they received 9 performance awards, designed the first integrated lab environment for training services, and created the Integrated Partner custom training business. In 2007, they moved to Mellanox Technologies as a Sr. Engineer & Global Technical Training Manager, where they were responsible for InfiniBand product technical training engagements globally. In 2014, they joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Technical Trainer and Technical Training Manager. Finally, in 2016, they joined Town of Paxton as the I.T. Director, where they were responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer I.T. services. In 2020, they joined Cornelis Networks as a Training Manager.

Michael Savasta attended Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School District from 1981 to 1982, graduating with a Post Grad degree in Electronic Technician. Michael also attended Quinsigamond Community College from 1981 to 1982, but did not receive a degree.
