Paul Stasurak has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Paul began their career in 1995 as an Engineer II at GEC-Marconi, now known as BAE Systems, where they designed, evaluated, tested, and implemented FPGA designs in TDMA communications systems. In 1998, they moved to LSI Corporation as a Field Design Engineer, where they employed a variety of LSI Flexstream (FS) and third-party tools to develop 0.35um ASICs and translated customer designs into FS environment. In 1999, they worked as a Design Engineer at Enikia, Inc., now known as Arkados, where they performed DSP analysis and simulation, FPGA design implementations in Verilog HDL, and board level debug of a prototype power-line networking system. That same year, they worked as a Design Engineer at MUSIC Semiconductor, where they performed metal fix using Avanti Hercules and Cadence Design Framework tools to correct arbitration function in routing co-processor device and participated in design definition of new product for voice over IP. In 2000, they joined PMC-Sierra, Inc. as a Program Manager, where they led product development of disk-interconnect devices using PCIe, NVMe, SAS, and SATA standards/protocols for enterprise storage and server customers. Paul also managed a program with cross functional, internationally dispersed teams through all phases of the product development life cycle. In 2016, they joined Intel Corporation as a Program Manager, where they were a high performance computing storage solution program manager. Paul also joined Lehigh Valley Professionals as the Membership Committee Chair, where they served as the chairperson of the Membership Committee, served on the Executive Committee, onboarded and oriented new members to LVP, and assisted LVP members with their job searches. In 2020, they joined Cornelis Networks as a Program Manager.
Paul Stasurak has an educational background in Electrical Engineering, having earned a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and an Associate's degree from Bucks County Community College. Paul also holds several certifications, including the Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute obtained in December 2015, the Agile Hybrid Project Pro from the Project Management Institute obtained in January 2023, and the Agile at Work certifications from LinkedIn obtained in February 2020. Additionally, they hold a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration obtained in 1991.
