Nicki Hokanson

Nicki Hokanson has extensive experience in the medical equipment and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Clinical Specialist at Corner Home Medical since September 2015, Nicki previously worked as a customer service representative at APA Medical Equipment from November 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing client calls, verifying insurance, and assisting clients in a showroom setting. Nicki holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Ultimate Medical Academy (2009-2012) and an Associate’s Degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Brown College (2003-2005).
