Russ Carter

Russ Carter is an experienced delivery manager and project manager with a strong background in network rollout and telecommunications. Currently serving as Build Delivery Manager and Design Delivery Manager at Cornerstone since May 2020, Russ previously managed design delivery for the O2 network rollout at IRIS Service Delivery UK Limited. With a lengthy tenure at Vodafone from 2003 to 2018, Russ focused on network rollout projects, including the Vodafone 4G trial network implementation. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at Lucent Technologies, T-Mobile, and National Power, where expertise in engineering and project management was developed. Russ holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England.
