Jason Salisbury is an M&A Advisor, business development manager, and leadership team member at Cornerstone Business Services. At Cornerstone he has led sell side transactions ranging from $800k to $40M in value. Before coming to Cornerstone Jason built and sold three of his own companies with combined revenues of over $10M. Jason has led negotiations in a variety of complex situations including a $30M public/private partnership, a 10-year multi party municipal contract, the sale of all three of his businesses, as well as leading congressional and assembly lobbying efforts resulting in a new state law.
Jason has deep experience in business finance and in his own businesses led the procurement of over $20M of capital equipment, $3M in SBA financing, >$10M in traditional financing, business sale of due diligence, budgeting, and financial projections. Jason graduated from the University of Minnesota and the Carlson School of Management and is a degreed engineer. He has utilized his engineering background in the areas of facility design and permitting, equipment design and programing, electrical design and troubleshooting, and the implementation of countless systems and software tools. Jason is also an investor in small and medium sized businesses with portfolio companies ranging from $2M-$300M in revenues.
