Rich Rinehart has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and community sectors. Rich started their career in 1979 at Community Action Southwest, where they served as Deputy Executive Director until 1990. From 1991 to 1996, they worked as County Administrator at Greene County Department of Human Services. In 1996, Rich joined the Center for Schools & Communities as a Senior Training Consultant until 2000. Since 2000, they have been with Cornerstone Care Community Health Centers, initially as Chief Operating Officer and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
Rich Rinehart pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Studies and Anthropology at Penn State University from 1971 to 1976. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a focus on Public Policy, Management, and Non-profit Organizations at the University of Pittsburgh.
