Alison M. Kusar

Alison M. Kusar serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Cornerstone Chapel since April 2017, focusing on best practices for church sustainability and growth through the development of systems, processes, and policies. Prior experience includes roles as an Event Coordinator and Cafe Manager at Cornerstone Chapel, where responsibilities encompassed event planning, inventory management, budgeting, and staff oversight. Before transitioning to church management, Alison was the Restaurant Talent Director at Chick-fil-A Dulles Town Crossing & George Washington, overseeing human resource practices and training initiatives for new locations. Alison holds an MBA in Leadership and Human Resources from Liberty University, alongside a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Cornerstone Chapel Bible Institute, and several associate degrees in Management from various community colleges.
