I. O. has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. They started their career as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Brown Mackie College in 2007. They then worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Adjudications Officer and later as a Senior Customer Service Operations Officer. In 2016, they joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Senior Management & Program Analyst. In 2020, they worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Census Field Supervisor and later as a Survey of Income & Program Participation (SIPP) Field Representative. They also worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as an Administrative Staff & Communications Officer. In 2021, they joined CACI International Inc as a Finance (Budget) Resource Analyst & Administrative Support Officer. They also worked as a Senior Systems Budget Integrator at Cornerstone Defense before transitioning to the role of Sr Systems Integrator (Program Manager). In 2022, they joined the Joachim Group CPAs & Consultants, LLC as a Sr Project/Program Manager.

I. O. has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Business (Executive Leadership) and Government (Intelligence/Policy) from Liberty University. They also have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government, as well as Behavior, Institutions, Law & Public Policy from the University of Arizona. Additionally, I.
