Population Health Manager at Cornerstone Family Healthcare

Jalisha Hanshaw serves as the Population Health Manager at Cornerstone Family Healthcare, where responsibilities include coordinating quality improvement efforts and data analytics while reporting to the Director of Quality Improvement and Chief Medical Officer. Previously, Jalisha held the role of Director of Population Health, collaborating across multiple teams to enhance population health strategies. Currently, Jalisha is a Neglected and Emerging Infectious Disease Research Intern at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and has experience as a Public Health Informatics and Technology Mentor at Dominican University New York. Past roles include serving as a General Communicable Diseases Public Health Advisor and a Public Health Analyst (Contractor) for the CDC. Jalisha has a Master of Science in Population Health Informatics from CUNY and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Additional educational background includes an Associate of Arts in International Relations and Studies and a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
