Alexander Lutchin

Alexander (Al) Lutchin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Managing Partner of Cornerstone Toronto and CEO of both Career Compass Canada Inc. and Executive Coach Global, Alexander has led numerous high-profile corporate assignments and strategic people solutions since 2011. Previous roles include Managing Director at Career Partners International and Director of Sales, Marketing & Hospitality at HECFI. Alexander's early career featured positions such as Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at Television Niagara and Executive Director at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree from Western University, an APR designation from the Canadian Public Relations Society, and a Coaching Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
