Ralf Knegtmans

Ralf Knegtmans has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Ralf started their career at Sionet Inc. as the International Marketing Director, where they were responsible for international sales and marketing of Tandem Software solutions. Ralf then joined Kelly Services Inc. as the Director of Operations. Later, they served as a columnist for BNR Nieuwsradio, focusing on topics such as top talent, leadership, and diversity. Ralf also worked at KPMG as a member of the Advisory Board for the KPMG Lighthouse - Centre of Excellence voor Data & Analytics. Ralf has been a columnist for MT/Sprout, a guest lecturer at Speakers Academy, and a member of the Advisory Board for Make-A-Wish Nederland. Currently, Ralf is the Managing Partner at De Vroedt en Thierry, a leadership consultancy and executive search firm, and the President of Cornerstone the Netherlands, representing Cornerstone International Group in their Amsterdam-based office.

Ralf Knegtmans attended the University of Amsterdam from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law. Ralf then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University from 1999 to 2001. In 2005, Ralf attended IMD and completed a Postgraduate program in Business Marketing 2. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, they studied at Nyenrode Business University, focusing on the Commissarissencyclus field of study.
