Sara Saltzgiver

Sara Saltzgiver is currently the Nutrition Lab Manager at Weber State University, where responsibilities include teaching nutrition biochemistry, food sustainability, safe cooking methods, and supervising gardening and beekeeping activities. Additionally, Sara plays a role in public continuing education courses focused on chemical nutrition and bioavailable foods. Since June 2017, Sara has also been employed as a Leasing Agent at Cornerstone Residential, where duties involve conducting apartment tours, managing legal documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Education with a focus on Sports Nutrition and Chemistry from Weber State University, earned between 2017 and 2020.
