Johnroy McVicker

JohnRoy McVicker has extensive experience in IT and network support, currently serving as a Server Engineer and previously as an Infrastructure Engineer and Technology Support Specialist at Cornerstone University since March 2015. Prior to this role, JohnRoy worked at Grand Rapids Public Library from July 2001 to December 2014 as a Network Support Technician, where responsibilities included updating hardware and providing end-user support. Additional experience includes serving as a Computer Lab Assistant at Sparta High School and providing help desk support at Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge. JohnRoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University, an A.A.S in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute, and a diploma from Sparta High School.
