Hitesh Dholakia

Hitesh Dholakia is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data science. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Tech Fabric, AI/ML & Data Science at Cornerstone OnDemand since January 2023, Hitesh previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Data Science, ML & Integrations at EdCast by Cornerstone. Hitesh's prior roles include CEO and Head of Product at Petuum, Inc., where an award-winning AI product was launched, and Chief Product Officer at Blackwood Seven, where the company transitioned to a successful AI SaaS model. Additional notable positions include senior leadership at Sysomos, eBay, Adchemy, StudyPlaces, Yahoo! Inc., and Siebel Systems. Hitesh holds an MS in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a BE in Computer Science from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
