Michael O. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality, risk management, and compliance within the Life Sciences industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality at Cornerstone OnDemand since May 2015, Michael leads initiatives to enhance IT quality and compliance through risk management, validation, and audit services. Michael is also the Founder and Chair of the External Benchmarking Forum, fostering industry collaboration on IT controls and compliance. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Covance in Global IT Security and Risk Management, as well as positions at Eli Lilly and USA Group, where contributions spanned various aspects of IT and business management.
