Rhys Hughes

Rhys Hughes is an accomplished Regional Vice President with extensive experience in leading alliances and driving growth across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) regions. Currently, Rhys oversees the alliances for Cornerstone OnDemand as part of the APJ senior leadership team, following a successful tenure at SumTotal Systems where Rhys served in various leadership roles, achieving significant growth and recognition. Previous experience includes senior sales positions at Oracle, HP Autonomy, and Ivanti, as well as a solid foundation in sales management at Experian QAS and Hardcat. Rhys holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and Corporate Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Melbourne.
