Scott McDermott

Scott McDermott is the Chief Accounting Officer at Cornerstone, responsible for managing accounting, financial planning, tax, and treasury globally. Scott joined Cornerstone in 2022, bringing with him nearly two decades of finance leadership experience.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Scott held a number of key finance leadership roles at Netgear, most recently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. At Netgear, Scott led the IPO and spin-off of a division of the company, Arlo Technologies. Prior to Netgear, Scott worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Scott is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and holds a diploma in US GAAP and IFRS.
