Tom Tofield

Tom Tofield currently serves as the Head of M&A Integration & Special Projects Lead at Cornerstone OnDemand, leading the integration of Talespin and overseeing the integration of SumTotal and EdCast while managing various strategic cross-functional projects. As the Founder of Tofers, Tom focuses on developing a sustainable men's footwear brand. Previous roles include M&A Integration Lead at Robinhood and Director of M&A Integration & Separation at American Express, where responsibilities encompassed integration strategy, execution, and process improvement for several acquisitions. Earlier experience encompasses advisory roles at KPMG and promotional efforts at Vineyard Vines. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.
