Karyn Finn

Karyn DelaCruz Finn currently serves as Senior Director of Youth Support Programs and Services at Cornerstones of Care, focusing on enhancing access to medical, dental, and mental health care for youth in foster care. Previously, Karyn held the position of Vice President of Residential Treatment and Services at Pathway Family Services, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing therapeutic services for multiple pediatric psychiatric facilities. Karyn has also worked with KVC Health Systems, managing community relations and program management, and with Lutheran Services in Iowa as Director of Pediatric Integrated Health Homes, where innovative mental health strategies were developed. Early career roles included providing health and safety consultations and promoting health education at the University of Northern Iowa. Karyn holds a Master’s Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Northern Iowa, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education/Athletic Training from Tulane University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Surgical Technology from Kirkwood Community College.
