James Partin

James Partin is an experienced automation controls programming supervisor currently at Corning Incorporated since January 2021. With a strong background in engineering, James has held various roles including Sr. Controls Engineer and Controls Engineer, focusing on designing schematic wiring diagrams and developing PLC programs using platforms such as Beckhoff and Allen Bradley. Prior to Corning, James worked at Weinig Holz-James's USA and Sen-Pack, gaining expertise in automation systems and electrical design. Experience also includes building NASA's Orion Spacecraft at ASRC Federal and a solid foundation in electrical engineering from Daytona State College, complemented by extensive hands-on experience in telecommunications and military leadership as an Airborne Infantry Squad Leader in the US Army.
