Vivian Tenuta Paiva

Vivian Tenuta Paiva has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Vivian is currently working as the Head of Human Resources LATAM at Corning Incorporated, where they are responsible for overseeing HR activities in the Latin American region. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Manager at the same company, where they managed HR activities in the Rio de Janeiro manufacturing plant and developed and executed regional HR activities in alignment with global HR strategy. Before joining Corning Incorporated, Vivian worked as an HR Business Partner Manager at Biolab Sanus Farmacêutica, where they were responsible for HR in seven different business units. Vivian also served as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Corning Incorporated, where they supported managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Other previous roles include HR Specialist at FMC Technologies and HR Coordinator at Globo. Throughout their career, Vivian has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as talent development, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Vivian Tenuta Paiva completed an MBA in Human Resources Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009. In 2015, they pursued a course on Leadership titled "Dimensions of Leadership" at Corning Community College. Their undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
