Thomas Naylor

Thomas Naylor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas is currently working at Cornish Lithium Plc, where they started as a Consultant Exploration Geologist in April 2018. Thomas then progressed to the role of Exploration Geologist in November 2018 and worked in that position until June 2021. From June 2021 to May 2022, Thomas served as a Project Geologist at the same company before being promoted to Senior Geologist from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Geologist at Cornish Lithium Plc.

Prior to working at Cornish Lithium Plc, Thomas was a Junior Metallurgist at Grinding Solutions Ltd from January 2017 to April 2018. Thomas also has experience working as a Beach Lifeguard at RNLI from May to October 2016 and from May to September 2015. In addition, they worked as a Surf Instructor at Sunset Surf for three months in 2014.

Thomas Naylor attended Truro School from 2003 to 2010. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Geology from the University of Plymouth, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Following this, Thomas obtained a Master of Science degree in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines in 2015 and 2016.
