Carolyn Wang Kong is an accomplished leader in the healthcare and philanthropic sectors, currently serving as the President & Executive Director of the Asian Pacific Fund since November 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn held several key positions at the Blue Shield of California Foundation, including Chief Program Director, where responsibilities included managing a $40 million annual grantmaking strategy and leading initiatives to advance public health and support vulnerable populations. Experience at Kaiser Permanente spanned over a decade, focusing on the optimization of care delivery for Medicaid members and the establishment of a nationally recognized language services program.
