Jakayla Phillips

Jakayla Phillips has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 with the United States Postal Service. Jakayla started as a Mail Processing Clerk and eventually worked their way up to Lead Sales Clerk. Jakayla'sresponsibilities included sorting and distributing mail, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of mail. In 2023, Jakayla joined CourseCareers to complete an online self-paced course in Sales Development, where they learned the basics of sales development to prepare herself for an SDR role. Following this, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Leadium and then at RE:WORK TRAINING as a BDR Candidate. Currently, Jakayla is employed as a Business Development Representative at Coro.

Jakayla Phillips is currently enrolled as a Tech Sales Student/BDR/SDR at CourseCareers, where they are focusing on Selling Skills and Sales Operations. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Western Illinois University, where they pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their formal education, Jakayla has obtained a certification in Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn in April 2023.
