Marc Freiman has worked in various roles in the IT field since 2007. Their career began as a Service Desk Analyst at UOP, followed by a Help Desk Analyst role at Kaplan University in 2009. In the same year, they took on the role of SAP Coordinator at W.W. Grainger. In 2011, they held two Help Desk Analyst roles at HIMSS and CDK Global, where they also wrote minor scripts to assist himself and colleagues using PowerShell and was trained in Salesforce administration and development. In 2017, they became a Desktop Engineer at SDI Presence, where they were the upper-level tier with end user issues on their desktop and laptop regarding software issues or hardware issues, sometimes by replacing parts. Marc also assisted with maintaining the network closet by rewiring the connections on the ports and inventory management. In 2020, they moved to RSM US LLP as an IT Coordinator, and in 2021 they took on the role of Information Technology Generalist at Greater Illinois Title Company. Their most recent role is IT Support Specialist at Coro, which they began in 2022.
Marc Freiman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 2000 and 2003. In 2007, they obtained a CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in March. In 2020, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in November. Marc also holds an edX Verified Certificate for HTML5 Introduction.
