James Murray

James Murray is a Senior Engineer at Coroflo, focusing on the Materials & Design for Manufacturing of an innovative breastfeeding monitor. Previously, James served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where the development of advanced additive manufacturing technologies for orthopedic implants was key. James held multiple postdoctoral positions, leading a project on recovering polyetheretherketone (PEEK) in collaboration with DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson. James has also contributed significantly to research on composite materials and processes at various institutions, including The University of Edinburgh and the University of Auckland. James holds a PhD in Materials and Processing with a specialization in Polymer Composites from The University of Edinburgh, and has pursued additional education in creativity, innovation, and data science.
